The paintings on this page are themed around still lifes, plants, and other "objects." Chairs, houses, and other familiar objects live naturally in my memories and are not often the subject of my paintings, but sometimes they pop up unexpectedly in my paintings, and when that happens, I feel a little happy. Themes that I don't usually paint today may become themes in the future. With that in mind, the paintings on this page can be considered seeds that have yet to sprout.

このページの絵は静物や植物や何か「モノ」をテーマにしている。椅子や家、身近なものたちは私の記憶の中に当たり前のように生きていて、あまり対象になりにくいが、たまにふと絵として出てくる時があり、そういう時は少しだけ嬉しい。今の自分が普段あまり描かないテーマが、今後のテーマになるかもしれない。そう思うと、ここのページにある絵はまだ芽が出ていない種ともいえる。
